History of Allure High Rise Condos

Las Vegas Allure High Rise Towers moved in their first homeowner in December 2007. The construction of a second tower never materialized due to poor timing and awful sales during the 4 year-long recession. Allure ended this phase with new owners and building management.

Other developers started building lovely high-rise condominium developments at the same time. I remember thinking about how hard it was to sell a high-rise condominium for sale before the recession hit. The competition was fierce.

Construction halted all over the city when the financial crisis happened. CCRs were changed in some buildings to allow investment companies and hotels to buy blocks of rooms. Allure stood out as the tallest residential condominium tower in Las Vegas at that time, at 466 feet.

Hotel Condominiums As Investment

Allure Las Vegas High Rise CondominiumsCCRs in some buildings are very strict and strongly enforced. To protect the residents’ safety and be unbiased towards anyone, equal enforcement of the CCRs, all of the rules are strictly adhered to.

The Home Owner Associations in 2/3 of the Condominium Towers in Las Vegas do not allow short-term rentals. However, there are currently 6 that allow short-term rentals with a Hotel Condominium description. They are called Condo-Tels.

In these buildings, management will provide renters or you can find them yourself. Rents change nightly depending on room availability and events in the city. Premium rents apply for special occasions.

Management handles everything from admittance to check-out, accounting, and housekeeping. Of course, on-site management retains a percentage of the fees charged from every rental facilitated, and housekeeping is extra.

Maybe you’d like to stay sometimes or rent the unit out when you’re not in residence. This makes a difference as to which buildings to consider.

All Las Vegas Condo Towers allow long-term rentals, most with a minimum of a 6-month lease. High-rise condominiums for rent in Las Vegas are in demand and rents are self-sustaining. Condo-tels for sale include furnishings and hospitality items.
