Our blog library is mainly about our points of view with tips about the home buying and selling processes in Las Vegas. Our new construction blog library is extremely informative because of my extensive knowledge and experience in the construction field. I am a building expert with over 25 years of Las Vegas Real Estate Experience and 10 years as a Nevada Building Engineer (PE, CE).

General information about Las Vegas is what I love. After 35 years of watching Las Vegas grow, I’ve seen the “behind the scenes growth” of the Las Vegas housing boom. We go to seminars about the boom and “What’s Next.”
Then there are the different areas of the Las Vegas Valley. They are vastly diverse! Prices also vary around Las Vegas, based on the availability of land for the builders to duplicate their homes. Master-planned communities are what Las Vegas is famous for! Check out Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, and all that they offer!
The Blog Library for Buyers and Sellers
Sellers can achieve top-dollar when selling their homes by using a Realtor who protects you by knowing the business backward and forwards. I try to tell you about the loopholes in the Board of Realtor purchase contract, and I counter out or clarify at least 12 clauses with every offer you are presented with – before we read what they offered for monies. I am about protecting my clients and others with my blog Library.
