Contents of My Blog Library

Our blog library is mainly about our points of view with tips about the home buying and selling processes in Las Vegas. Our new construction blog library is extremely informative because of my extensive knowledge and experience in the construction field. I am a building expert with over 25 years of Las Vegas Real Estate Experience and 10 years as a Nevada Building Engineer (PE, CE).

This makes my blogs about brand new home construction blog library Kurt Grosse monitors construction protects buyersmainly about the problems I see. We have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals with sound properties. Blogs designed for buyers explain about the resale market and what to be aware of there.

Home financing is important, so we have 6 pages in our blog library about credit, fico scores, interest rates, and lenders. Some information you may know, but there should be information that will help your journey.

General information about Las Vegas is what I love. After 35 years of watching Las Vegas grow, I’ve seen the “behind the scenes growth” of the Las Vegas housing boom. We go to seminars about the boom and “What’s Next.”

Then there are the different areas of the Las Vegas Valley. They are vastly diverse! Prices also vary around Las Vegas, based on the availability of land for the builders to duplicate their homes. Master-planned communities are what Las Vegas is famous for! Check out Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, and all that they offer!

The Blog Library for Buyers and Sellers

Sellers can achieve top-dollar when selling their homes by using a Realtor who protects you by knowing the business backward and forwards. I try to tell you about the loopholes in the Board of Realtor purchase contract, and I counter out or clarify at least 12 clauses with every offer you are presented with – before we read what they offered for monies. I am about protecting my clients and others with my blog Library.

Happy Reading!

When interviewing Realtors, try to get a unique Realtor that you can trust who knows this business. Kurt is known as “The Protector” for a reason. Call him and talk to him – you’ll quickly see the difference between him and others at 702-750-7599.

Kurt Grosse and partner Terri sell homes in 16 Southern Nevada Cities. They also offer a 3-hour tour for people who are unsure of what area to live in, sharing their knowledge, histories of different areas, and what they know about zoning legislation that is on the table for a particular area. Coming Soon To Our Blog:

The next series for our blog library is about bugs and critters in Las Vegas – i.e., The Desert. We are grateful for the expertise of our “go-to” exterminator, Paul Rodriguez of Paul’s Extermination. Just like having a Realtor with building knowledge is hard to find, the perfect bug expert with knowledge is also hard to find! We are going to let Paul tell us when your home needs to be “debugged.”
