In 2019, Amazon built and opened over 1 million square feet of warehouse space. Also in 2019, Sephora opened 750,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Driving through the warehouse sites in North Las Vegas is a Who’s Who experience. Last week, I saw a Fanatics warehouse. I guess there’s a lot of VGK, Aces, and Las Vegas Raiders gear sold.
Dining and Retail Shopping Centers line busy streets. National chains have at least 3 stores in the valley. There is 1 in North Las Vegas, 1 in Las Vegas, and 1 in Henderson. Sometimes there are many more as business allows.
