It offers a wide variety of housing options, including single-family homes, condos, townhouses, and apartments. You can find homes in both gated and non-gated communities.

The community has 428 acres of recreational and public-use space, including trails, green spaces, and access to some of Clark County’s top-rated recreational areas. There are also seasonal events, fitness classes, and outdoor activities.
