Example Houses That I Saw Yesterday: These homes for sale in Anthem Country Club were in a mountaintop golf community in Henderson, NV, a real estate hot spot. Sprawling single-story homes with two-tone paint and using top-quality materials make the main areas of the community stand out. A fresh interior seen with natural light is certainly the way to view a remodeled home with new luxury vinyl plank and tile floors.

The oversized primary bedroom of house #1 had textured carpet and a top-notch bathroom with a spa-style shower. The garage is tall enough for an oversized van, has a tankless water heater, and two EV charging stations. Pretty Nice!

Both houses for sale in Anthem that I saw had delightful golf course premium lots. The curb appeal utilizing the mature plants was stunning. I saw 2 custom homes located in Anthem Country Club near the Sun City Anthem community. The first house was an open floor plan oasis where all living areas are filled with appealing fixtures and furniture.

Beyond a structural Aww factor, this home has been upgraded with a brand-new appliance package in the kitchen, high-end hardware, and ceiling fans throughout. The basement had a highly upgraded 2-bedroom guest suite, office, or next-gen section with built-ins. I’m a real estate agent, and I wanted to move in! Some houses are exceptional, and others are nice.

One home has been upgraded with a new kitchen. It has a new kitchen with a 36-inch, 5-burner cooktop and a brand-new wall-mounted microwave, leaving the commercial range hood built-in over the stove. It had stainless appliances with white cabinetry, crown molding, a stunning tile backsplash, and quartz countertops. A breakfast bar table connects to the kitchen island counter, and the walk-in pantry has a beverage bar on a granite counter.
