Without a doubt, the richest neighborhood in Henderson is MacDonald Highlands. ⚖️ Which Is Nicer, Summerlin Or Henderson?
Personally, I really like Summerlin and Henderson, especially the communities in the hills. Their amenities, businesses, medical and distance to the Strip are similar. Since it’s hot today, I’m going with Summerlin. It gets afternoon shade sooner and sometimes has breezes from Mt. Charleston. BUT, living in Henderson has the McCullough Wilderness and Sloan Canyon nearby to play in.

On Coventry’s website, you’ll find a schedule of their activities. They include movie night and a camp-out in the park each year, Santa visiting – possibly by helicopter with the annual chili cookoff, and the Spring Fling with the Easter Bunny and lots of stuffed eggs.
There’s a Safe Street for trick-or-treating, charity events, and a beer fest with a sing-along. I’ve learned that the gift exchange in December is fun. Group activities are coordinated to go to sports events together. This is a community where neighbors know their neighbors because they play together.
