Living between North Las Vegas and Summerlin by the mountains is a great location. Kyle Canyon is planned for mixed-use industries, so it might be near your employment location.

Right now, I think Summerlin is the best due to the lack of road construction. The freeway in Henderson is in the first year of a three year project. Ask me again in 2 years. West against the mountains is the nicest part of the Las Vegas Valley. It’s the nicest because it is the first place to experience shadows from the sun setting behind the mountains. It also experiences cool breezes coming from Mt. Charleston. This is the desert and summer shade and cool breezes are priceless. That means Summerlin, Centennial and Mountain’s Edge.
