Las Vegas Hotels With Free Parking

Where To Find Free Parking at Allegiant Stadium

Allegiant Stadium free parking is scattered and there isn’t that much- but there is free parking near Allegiant Stadium on public streets. Surrounding the stadium you’ll find many parking lots that aren’t owned by the Raiders. They start at $15 for concerts and $35-$40 for Raiders Games. When buying tickets for events at Allegiant Stadium, parking passes are encouraged. They can range in price up to $800+. Every event is different, and, of course, location matters.

When dropping off passengers, or taking a limo, Lyft, or Uber to Allegiant Stadium, there is a drop-off area on the west side along Polaris. Drivers tend to let their passengers off in the middle of the road because the area gets congested. Allegiant Stadium is surrounded by commercial businesses and most rent out their parking lots, however, some do not. Parking in those lots is a towing gamble.

Free Street Parking Near Allegiant Stadium

There are a couple of streets south of the stadium off Polaris that have a dirt shoulder. That is where the police park and it’s pretty obvious. I’d try to find a paved street with no signs – and there are some south of the stadium of Al Davis Way.

West of the stadium, across Valley View Blvd. there are numerous streets where parking is free and legal. The distance to the stadium is about the same as parking at The Mandalay Bay Hotel which charges $25-$90 to park for events. They tend to have traffic jams leaving the garage. Read below about our locals’ secret for getting free parking at all MGM properties on The Strip. (Gotta plan ahead)

Free parking east of the stadium means parking in the business and industrial areas behind the businesses on the east side of Las Vegas Blvd. There are streets with free parking but you’ll walk about a mile to Allegiant Stadium.

Free parking north of the stadium is only on one street unless you go north of Tropicana. There is a street that parallels the bridge that spans the I-15 freeway (Hacienda.) There are businesses there and many driveways, but it’s the closest free parking at Allegiant Stadium.

Taking a Bus To Allegiant Stadium

The RTC is Las Vegas’ public transportation service. They operate 39 bus lines with 3717 stops or stations, covering most busy streets. A typical fare is $2 per person each way. They offer transfers for changing buses.

Some hotels offer buses directly to Allegiant Stadium. They are not cheap and charge per person. Inquire at the hotel you are staying at to see what they offer. There are also Raiders Game Day Express Buses from various locations. If you’re considering an express RTC bus, they have an app or link to the RTC website here. There are 6 hotels around the valley that they serve and they drop you off at the Stadium minimizing your walk.

Another alternative to finding free parking at Allegiant Stadium is to park at a hotel with free parking and take a $2 one-way bus. Here are 5 suggestions:

  • There is a normal $2 each way 24-hour gold double-decker RTC bus on Las Vegas Blvd. Buses in both directions run frequently because they can get full. You’ll want to exit at the street between Luxor and Mandalay Bay Hotels. It’s called Mandalay Bay Road and becomes Hacienda Blvd. at the bridge over the freeway. Go west between the hotels over the bridge after exiting the bus.
  • Park at The South Point Hotel and Casino at Silverado Ranch and Las Vegas Blvd. Go north about 2 miles up Las Vegas Blvd. Exit the bus between Mandalay Bay and The Luxor Hotels onto Mandalay Bay Blvd. Walk west across the bridge directly to Allegiant Stadium.
  • The Gold Coast Hotel is on the Corner of Flamingo and Valley View. Take the bus south on Valley View. You’ll exit the bus at Hacienda or the next stop depending on the closest entrance to your seats. You’ll pass a $40 Raiders parking garage before exiting the bus.
  • The Orleans Hotel and Casino is on Tropicana and Arville, west of the Strip. Take the Tropicana bus to Al Davis Way before the I-15. This was the perfect route to take until construction began on the freeway. You’ll have to investigate the bus route until 2025.
  • The RTC Bus Terminal is near the airport rental car facility on Gilespie. They offer guarded free parking for up to 7 days. That’s a versatile place to park and ride assuring you a seat without waiting.

Raiders Pre-Game and Tail-Gating At Allegiant Stadium

The North side of the stadium – on Hacienda Blvd., the main entrance- is where the fan experience is held. You’ll find photo ops, games, sponsors, food and drink, and lots of people watching. The South side of the stadium is the biggest tailgating party in town. Hope to see you there!

NOTE: There are usually free water stations on the bridge and in the stadium parking lots. There are also portable toilets outside the arena. There are no drinking fountains inside. No outside food or drinks are allowed to be taken inside.

As a general rule – Be sure to abide by the NFL clear plastic or small purse requirements. Purse check is at the north side of the arena for $35. (Subject to change at all events)
