After the boom on the Las Vegas Strip in the 1990s, Downtown needed to re-brand itself to keep up. Besides the Fremont Street Experience opening, Main Street was beautified. Located near the Clark County Offices and the Premium Outlet Mall, the Arts District now thrives.
