Park Towers are the most expensive high rise condominium towers in Las Vegas. Located in the financial district, just east of the Strip, Park Towers have an incredible view of everything las vegas without being on top of it. The two towers feature 84 luxurious suites.
Irwin Molasky first announced the project in 1998, at a time when there was one other comparable property in the state. Soon Steve Wynn bought the penthouse and began working with Molasky on the plans and design of the high rises. Dirt work on the 3.8-acre site started in late 1999, and the first residents moved in March of 2001.
Steve Wynn never moved into the Park Towers. He sold his $4M Penthouse to Marc Schorr, the COO of MGM Mirage. Shortly after that, Schorr became the COO at the Wynn. That same $4M residence sold for $9.8 M in 2012 after the recession. Steve Wynn wasn’t the most famous owner at Park Towers, Shaquille O’Neal had that honor.
Amenities at Park Towers
Both towers share the same elegant lobby. The valet parking entrance opens to a grand lobby with dual marble staircases surrounded by exquisite millwork and sparkling chandeliers. The decor and feel within the towers are about style, taste, and timelessness.
Park Towers features the amenities that it’s elite homeowners want. The buildings feature libraries with shared immaculate gardens, locker rooms, spas, saunas, massage rooms indoors with a sparkling swimming pool, and sun deck outdoors. Within a temperature-Controlled wine cellar, each resident is given a wine locker.
There are large private cabanas poolside with couches and TVs for entertaining. Also in the pool area are BBQs with outdoor kitchens and tables for dining or entertaining. Each tower has a business center with a large conference room and a workstation with state of the art equipment for your use. Numerous game rooms, lounges, and a media room are also located throughout.
The gym and private training rooms have high-end commercial equipment, electronics, and stunning views. There is an onsite manager, valet, concierge, florist, and maid service available for you to use. Add a full-service salon to the services and leaving the buildings may be unnecessary.
Each resident may use the building’s maintenance department for repairs or services required to your residence. The security team utilizes security cameras 24/7 and has roving patrols. There is underground parking with ample parking for all your vehicles available. The valet will park your car and deliver packages to your door as part of their service.
Park Towers is located behind the MGM Grand, north of McCarran Airport on the SW corner of the 68-acre Business Center of Las Vegas. The Business Center project was 1,350,000 square feet of office and mixed-use space. The complete commercial plan included the 2 Park Towers as condominium buildings and a non-gaming Marriott Residence Inn for business guests.
North of the project is the Las Vegas Convention Center. Also interspersed throughout the project were Fed Ex/Kinkos, Starbucks, and 5 large restaurants. The business Center has also become the financial district headquarters in Las Vegas.
Gordon Biersch, Lawry’s Prime Rib, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, Del Frisco’s, and Bahama Breeze were the first anchor restaurants that 25 years later are surrounded with more great eateries. These restaurants are far less crowded at dinner, which is a great benefit to the residents of Park Towers.
Entertainment and Dining
The Las Vegas Strip features world-class casinos, theatres, attractions, and enough restaurants to take over a year to eat at them all. Every hotel features a multitude of shows and nightclubs. And the stores never close! Exhibits, museums, and displays are continually changing and attractions are always being added.
