Amenities at Park Towers

Both luxury condo towers share the same elegant lobby. The valet parking entrance opens to a grand lobby with dual marble staircases surrounded by exquisite millwork and sparkling chandeliers. The decor and feel within the towers are about style, taste, and timelessness.

Park Towers features the amenities that its elite homeowners want. The towers feature separate libraries and social areas. There is a screening room opening to the immaculate gardens.

 Locker rooms, spas, saunas and massage rooms are in the indoor swimming pool area. There is a sparkling outdoor pool with a sun deck and luxurious cabanas. Within a temperature-controlled wine cellar, each resident is given a personal wine locker.

There are large private cabanas poolside with couches and TVs for entertaining. Also in the pool area are BBQs with outdoor kitchens and tables for dining or parties.

Each tower has a business center with a large conference room and a workstation with state of the art equipment. Numerous game rooms, lounges, and a media room are also located in the towers.

Living at Park Towers Las Vegas

 The fully equipped exercise room gym also has private training rooms with high-end commercial equipment, electronics, and stunning views. Their tennis court is popular in the mornings.

There is an onsite manager, valet, concierge service, florist, and maid service available for residents’ use. Add a full-service beauty salon to the services available and leaving the buildings may not be necessary.

Each resident may use the building’s maintenance department for repairs or services required for their residence. The security team utilizes security cameras 24/7 and has roving patrols.

There is underground parking with ample parking for all your vehicles available. The valet will park your car and deliver packages to your door as part of their service.

Howard Hughes Business Center

Park Towers Las Vegas is located behind the MGM Grand, north of McCarran Airport. On the SW corner of the 68-acre Howard Hughes Business Center of Las Vegas, they are surrounded by fine dining.

The Business Center project was 1,350,000 square feet of office and mixed-use space. The complete commercial plan included the 2 Park Towers as condominium buildings and a non-gaming Marriott Residence Inn.

North of the project is the Las Vegas Convention Center. Also interspersed throughout the project were Fed Ex/Kinkos, Starbucks, and 5 large restaurants. The Howard Hughes Business Center has become the financial district headquarters in Las Vegas.

Nearby Entertainment and Dining

Gordon Biersch, Lawry’s Prime Rib, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, Del Frisco’s, and Bahama Breeze were the first anchor restaurants.  25 years later they are surrounded by more great trendy eateries. These restaurants are far less crowded at dinner, which is a great benefit to the residents of Park Towers.

The Las Vegas Strip features world-class casinos, theatres, attractions, and enough restaurants to take over a year to eat at them all. Every hotel features a multitude of shows and nightclubs. And the stores never close! Exhibits, museums, and displays are continually changing and attractions are always being added.

When you live in Las Vegas, you can choose whatever lifestyle you want. There is always something to do. Many venues are open 24 hours and friends will come to visit.

The thing I like best about Park Towers is that the residences have a quiet elegance and 5 minutes away is the option of ‘wild and crazy” in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Condos For Sale at Park Towers

As I write this, there are 5 luxurious condominiums for sale at Park Towers. The only thing that they have in common is that they are all beautiful. They have an extensive use of custom wood and imported stonework. The appliances and kitchens are state-of-the-art and a chef’s dream.

I’d say that the Park Towers condos for sale today have been remodeled at least once. The prices range from just over $1M for 2100 square feet to $4M for 5000 square feet. The views are fabulous and they each have view decks.
