Regency Towers – Old Vegas Elegance

Regency Towers Las Vegas is located in the Las Vegas Golf Course and Country Club property. The double tower was built in 1974, has 27 stories and 222 luxury residences. Regency Towers is a TRIPLE gated development. Its exterior looks old compared to other high-rise condo towers on the outside. The interior does not look old.

Condos for sale at Regency Towers have mostly been remodeled. This high-rise condominium development is unique because it was built surrounded by a golf course on all sides.

Regency is in the middle of the community, Las Vegas Country Club, and Golf Course. The golf course is owned by Wynn Hotel and Casino and should not become houses like other golf courses have.

The Las Vegas Country Club is just behind the east side of the Las Vegas Strip between Desert Inn and Sahara. The community is known for having internationally diverse and sophisticated homeowners.

The Regency Las Vegas Mob History

The more colorful history about The Regency Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Country Club residents is about mobsters and casino magnates. Besides many mobsters and casino executives living there, The Regency has been home to many celebrities.

Being a dual condominium tower built 46 years ago means some units have been remodeled a few times and others need remodels. The prices reflect this. Currently, there is a remodeled, lovely studio unit for sale for $175,000 on the 3rd floor.

The 27th floor has an 1850 square foot completely gutted Penthouse for sale for $350,000, where you can hire the seller/contractor to remodel or do the remodel yourself. This contractor recently sold a 26th-floor residence, with custom finishes, for $435,000.

The best thing- besides the view about Regency, is the location and the high security. Being in a 24-hour guard gated community means that there is roving security outside the towers, and closed-circuit inside.

Regency high-rise towers offer amenities that an elite Las Vegas High Rise demands. The Regency has gone through many updates and remodels keeping it feeling fresh but elegant.

There are two tennis courts, a well-equipped gym and fitness center for exercising. Walk and stroll the Regency’s lovely grounds around the towers. Enjoy groomed mature landscaping, that makes “home” feel relaxing and peaceful.

The association fees include concierge and valet services to cater to your every need. The Regency’s amenities include guest suites on the premises for your visitors. Regency Towers have a spacious outdoor deck with shade, a large pool spa, and a sauna to relax in.

Outdoor BBQ grills and tables are a great summer picnic area. Conveniences like snacks and an owner library are on the way to the pool. Keeping up with the newer high rises on the Strip, you’ll find a business center and meeting area.

Other Las Vegas Condo Options

There are 26 developments with high-rise condominiums for sale on the Las Vegas Strip, in Downtown, and in Summerlin. These luxurious condominium towers range in price from $250K all the way to $15M.

There are also Hotel-Condominiums (Condo-Tels) available in 6 buildings. Condo-tels offer a flexible option to rent out your condo on a nightly basis. Regency Towers Las Vegas does not allow short-term rentals.

There are other Condominiums for sale and Mid-Rises off of the Strip, in all areas of Las Vegas.  Las Vegas Blvd. South is an area in high demand because it’s close to the airport and the sports venues.
