Where Is Summerlin South In Las Vegas?

Summerlin is the “Largest Master Plan in the U.S.” and continually ranks in the “Top 10 Best Communities in the U.S.” The western boundary is the Red Rock Conservation Area.

Summerlin’s eastern border is about 7 miles from The Las Vegas Strip. Summerlin South is south of Charleston. Taking up most of the west side of Las Vegas, Summerlin is still building new construction homes in 4 areas.

With such a convenient location, new home sales have been in high demand for years. Very few newer neighborhoods still have new construction homes for sale in Summerlin South.

The remaining homes for sale are in the mountains and are primarily built in a contemporary style. Parks are lovely, schools are open, and the Wet-n-Wild water park is a neighbor.

Many houses in Summerlin South are “smart” and built with high technology features and building materials. The area just east of Summerlin is already developed with stores and restaurants. Larger department stores and medical are very convenient.

There are mostly resale homes for sale in Summerlin South. New construction homes are in the hills along the west side of Las Vegas. There are new construction homes for sale in fewer than 10 neighborhoods in the Cliffs Village.

There are many multi-family condos and townhouses for sale in Summerlin. You might want to consider a golf villa, a high rise condominium for sale or midrise condos for sale.

Housing prices in 2022 for Summerlin homes range from around $400,000 to more than $16 million. Summerlin has reasonable CCR’s, but no horses or livestock are allowed.
