Turnberry Place Las Vegas

Turnberry Place Condominiums opened in 2001 and have become the elite local’s high-rise towers on the Las Vegas Strip. With 4 contemporary towers with 38 floors in each tower and 720 condominiums per tower.

Prices range from the low $300s up to $7 million. Association fees are charged per square foot. Residences above the 30th floor are considered penthouses, and all have higher ceilings.

Turnberry Place has a reputation of being home to the who’s who crowd in Las Vegas Business. Towers at Turnberry create a skyline of their own. With a north Las Vegas Strip location, the views are diverse and magnificent.

Surrounded by a vast circle of homes and lights and red rock mountains to the west. Downtown is to the north. The Las Vegas Golf Course just to the east, and the glamorous Las Vegas Strip to the south. Every view at Turnberry Place is different and special.

Amenities

After entering the lavish drive through the guard-gated entrance, you pull up at the lobby and valet. Your vehicle is parked in the garage by the valet and packages are delivered to your residence.

In the lobby, you pick up your mail and deliveries. If you want a night on the town or dinner reservations, the concierge is available. The residential services desks coordinates housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation for you.

Residents have access to a business center with a conference room, media room, and various lounges. The gardens have zen areas and playground or outdoor equipment.

Each tower has its own pool and outdoor entertainment areas. The entertainment hub of all four towers is the luxurious Stirling Club.

What I like most about Turnberry Place are the unique ceilings in each residence. As you look at pictures of available homes, note how different each home is. There aren’t many semi-custom homes in Las Vegas where this type of design customization is available.

The Stirling Club

The Stirling club was closed, sold, remodeled, and re-opened in 2019. Located in the center of all 4 towers, it is the opulent club and social venue. Known for its turnberry placelavish parties and succulent seafood feasts, The Stirling Club is more than a restaurant.

Community amenities share the facilities with the club. The bar and billiard tables are lovely, as well as the dining and entertainment areas.

An indoor lap pool and the round outdoor pool are also highlights. Locker rooms and wellness and med spas make pampering convenient.

The in-house hair salon offers full services to the residents. You’ll enjoy massages and facials and even laser treatments right there at home.

Other recreational features include 4 tennis courts and a pickleball court. The Fitness Center is also located here with state-of-the-art equipment and classes.

Group classes are offered 7 days a week that include pilates, yoga, and boot camp plus more. Waterfalls and His and Her spas and saunas are within the luxurious marble locker rooms.

With the new owners and re-model, short-term Stirling Club memberships are now available for out of city guests for a maximum of 45 days. Stirling Club pampers the body, mind, tummy.

Turnberry Place Neighbors

Near-by East of Turnberry Place is Turnberry Towers. Turnberry Towers were built in 2006 and consist of two additional towers next to the Las Vegas Country Club and Gold Course.

They may not be on the Las Vegas Strip but they’re close and they’re very nice. See our page and available residence search.

The views get better and better! To the south of Turnberry is the Wynn and Encore Hotel and Casinos. Having 5-Star dining and entertainment so close is a definite benefit of living on the Las Resorts world at sunset from Turnberry PlaceVegas Strip. Another new resort – The Fountaine Blue – will open in 2023.

Southwest of Turnberry is Resorts World Las Vegas which opened June 2021. On the former site of the Stardust Hotel and Casino, it is an 84-acre entertainment mega-resort. Food, movies, shows, bands, clubs, lounges and shopping galore!

North-west will be the new train station for the Virgin Bullet Train to California. North is the Sahara Hotel and Casino. Two years ago, SLS Hotel was rebranded back to the Sahara and was remodeled.

Behind the Sahara is a monorail station with access to the entire strip and convention center corridor. With neighbors like Turnberry has, they’ll provide you with quality entertainment and convenience for years to come.

Other Las Vegas Condo Options

There are High Rise towers on the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown and in Summerlin that cost between $275K and $15M. However, condominiums and mid-rises off of the Las Vegas Strip are also stylish and cost less. You might check out condos in Downtown Las Vegas, on Las Blvd. South, and in Summerlin.

The District in Henderson and the Mediterrean condos for sale at Lake Las Vegas are Henderson’s finest. Luxury townhouses may be another option for you to consider for your housing needs. Feel free to explore further on the link below.
